Your library is saved in the browser you use. When you are signed in, your liked verses, notes, and studies saved from Discover are copied to your account so they also show in the iPhone app. This starts once you have opened the iPhone app and signed in there at least once. Studies you ran on the website stay in the browser where you saved them.
