Cancel a website subscription

If you paid on our website with a card, Apple Pay, or Link, you cancel here. If you tapped Subscribe inside the iPhone app, see Cancel an iPhone subscription instead.
Cancel
- Open Settings, Subscription. If it asks you to sign in, enter the email you paid with and type the 6-digit code we send.
- Under Current, tap your subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and tap Continue.
- Tap Cancel Subscription to confirm. Tap Never Mind to keep your plan.
- When you see Subscription Canceled, you are done. It shows the date your access ends.
After you cancel
You keep premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling only stops future charges. It does not give money back. To ask about a past charge, see Get a refund.
