If you were charged twice

Two charges usually mean two subscriptions. Find the extra one, cancel it, then request a refund for the duplicate charge.
Two website subscriptions
Checkout does not start a second subscription when you are signed in and already subscribed. You can still end up with two if you checked out again with a different email, or on a device that did not know your email.
- Open Settings, Subscription. If you have more than one open website subscription, a note there says you only need one.
- Cancel the extra subscription.
- Request a refund for the duplicate with the Request a Refund form. A duplicate charge qualifies.
A website subscription and an Apple subscription
Apple bills its own subscription, separately from ours. Keep the one you want and cancel the other: cancel on the website or cancel with Apple. Apple decides refunds for its own charges, including a second Apple trial. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Two accounts
If you subscribed on two different accounts by accident, merge them. Merging keeps the best subscription and cancels the extra.
