Website payments are listed in Settings. If your subscription is billed through Link, receipts come from Link.
Find a receipt in Settings
- Open Settings, Payment. You can also get there from Settings, Subscription, Payment Method. If it asks you to sign in, enter the email you paid with and type the 6-digit code we send.
- Scroll to Payment History.
- Tap View receipt under the payment you want.
If you see You have not made any payments., no charge has gone through on this account yet. That is normal during a free trial. If you were charged, you may be signed in with a different email than the one you paid with.
If your subscription is billed through Link
Newer website subscriptions are billed by Stripe through Link. Check Payment History on the Payment page first; if the receipt you need is not there, tap Manage at Link to find it in your Link account. Your Link account is separate from the email you sign in with here.
If you subscribed in the iPhone app
Apple bills that subscription, so receipts come from Apple, not from us.
