Get a refund

A refund is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling only stops future charges, and it does not give money back. Deleting the app never cancels or refunds either.
Subscribed on our website
- To stop future charges, cancel in Settings, Subscription.
- To ask about a past charge, use the Request a Refund form. If your reason qualifies, the form sends you to Link. Link decides and issues the refund.
The form is the only way to request a website refund. Emailing us does not start one.
Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy to see what qualifies before you submit.
Subscribed in the iPhone app (Apple)
We cannot refund App Store charges. Apple handles those.
- Open Apple's refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Select Scroll the Bible and the charge.
- Submit it to Apple. Apple decides and emails you.
