Merge two accounts
1 min readUpdated Oct 21, 2026
If you ended up with two accounts under two emails, merge the extra one into the one you want to keep. You need to be able to open both emails.
- Sign in with the email you want to keep. See Sign in with a code.
- Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Merge Accounts.
- Check that Current Account shows the email you want to keep.
- Under Merge Account, enter the other email and tap Send Verification.
- Enter the 6-digit code we send to that other email.
- When you see Accounts merged, you are done.
What happens
- Your sign-in, billing, and saved reading stay with the account you kept. Liked verses, notes, saved studies, and search history from the other account are added to it.
- If both accounts had a website subscription, we keep the best one and cancel the extra so you are not charged twice.
- The other account's login is removed. If you sign in with that email again later, it starts a new account.
If it doesn't work
- We couldn't find a Scroll the Bible account with that email to merge. Check the address for typos.
- That is already your primary account. Enter a different email to merge. You entered the email you are signed in with. Enter the other one.
